We desperately need a new foster or forever home for Minky. Ideally a forever home as it’s not fair to keep bouncing her around. Her amazing foster mom has been given short notice and has to move from where she’s been staying. The place she’s moving into has no garden and stairs, which is obviously a problem for a front amputee dog. This is really urgent please share
She is a special needs dog who had a front leg amputation a month ago but that doesn’t stop her
A write up from her foster mom:
I was able to wash her quite easily last week so it’s better to cuddle with her 🙂
We are going on walks everyday and she is getting stronger by the minute 😬 she doesn’t react to dogs either in the park. I’ve also tested her with cats and she happily ignored them until the cat hissed and put its fur up. Then Minky also put her fur up but didn’t bark and I simply called her and she walked away. I was able to redirect her attention easily
No a fan of african males. Gets quite aggressive when close to them.
She has gotten very protective of me, but once she knows the other person she opens up quite quickly. I’ve had some ‘parties’ over at my place (around 8 people) and once she is comfortable around them she is a very cute dog 🙂
Loves and I mean LOVES car rides! Think it is her favorite thing.
Sleeping well and getting use to being loved 🤩
Please contact Jhb@pets.org.as if you can adopt her
No small kids please as a precaution
