Wombles

Wombles is a gorgeous pup from Orange Farm township. Unfortunately Wombles brain did not fully develop at birth and he has some neurological disfunction which affects his walking. He stumbles when he walks around but he can still run and play like a normal pup. He just does not have great balance. He is otherwise clinically healthy- he does not need medication or anything. Wombles is a small/medium breed, only 9 months old and he has lived in the township where people were not very nice to him because of how he walked. He is quite timid and hides in corners and small spaces for “safety” as he clearly feels vulnerable. He does love attention though, he is very loving when he knows you. He craves love and security and needs someone to help build his confidence. He is extremely cute when he gets excited and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world!
He urgently needs a forever home but obviously this would need to be a SPECIAL home
Wombles needs a forever home that fits the following criteria:
Must have no or few stairs (he can walk up and down stairs but he can lose his balance and a flight of stairs would be too dangerous for him)
No pool/ very secure closed pool
Few dogs (maybe one or 2 at most) that must be social. He loves attention- so jealous dogs might be an issue.
Someone who works from home or has someone at home during the day would be ideal.
