Roxy

Roxy was rescued from the township with a chain that was embedded into her neck. This had to be surgically removed and she took some time to heal but Roxy is now all healed and ready for a home!

Roxy is around a year old , she is such a gentle, loving girl who loves getting attention from her humans. She loves to play with her teddy bears, balls and Nerf ball toy. She walks well on a lead and enjoys her walks immensely. She sits for her food on command and takes treats so gently which she loves as well as bones which keeps her busy for hours and entertains herself by tossing them in the air and running after them. She would be good with a young dog that also has a lot of energy as she can be boisterous and likes to play and run. She sleeps in her own bed but also enjoys the couches and in particular your bed where she will come and cuddle for extra loves. She is very scared of thunder and lightning and will cower behind furniture for security. All she wants is love and companionship. Home with smaller children is not recommended due to her size and boisterous nature. A more gentle and loving soul you will not find….apply to adopt Roxy and you will not regret it.
