Perry

Perry is a beautiful black and tan male Daxi X who will be 4 years old in March. He is a very healthy, energetic and playful dog. His absolute favourite activity is visiting Walkhaven, swimming in the dams and running to his little heart’s content. He loves cuddles and tummy tickles and is very affectionate.

Perry loves getting all the attention and this has caused many scuffles between him and his brother. We have consulted and worked with behaviorists and tried methods to improve the situation but after the issues have become progressively worse, everyone agrees that in this situation it would be best to find Perry the right environment to match his energy levels. Despite being walked every few days Perry needs more stimulation to get his energy out.

To make matters more difficult, Perry’s
owners are relocating and it might happen sooner than they planned. They made the very emotional decision to try and rehome Perry before this happens so they can make sure he is okay before they leave.

Perry will do well in a home with lots of space perhaps even a small holding or farm. or if there is a small garden he will need to be taken on daily walks or to the park. If he would be an only dog he would need a lot of attention and energy outlets otherwise he will get board.

Perry is house trained and up to date with his vet visits, vaccines and deworming. He was neutered at the age of 6 months and is microchipped.
