My name is Jabu and I am a good boy looking for a home. I’m currently in foster care.
I have lived in a shelter for most of my life (I am only 2 or 3 years old) and although they looked after me, I know I deserve a better life with a loving family and home to call my own.
I have been living with my foster Mommies for about just over a week and I LOVE being in a real house. I have a HUGE garden and lots of space but I am not sure how to play or run around in it like a normal doggie would. So at the moment I am very happy to be indoors when my foster Mommies are home until I learn how to play and run.
I have been taken jogging with one of my Mommies but I am very unfit because I have been inactive for most of my life.
I am the quintessential GOOD BOY. I don’t mess in the house and I won’t pester you for your food. I like comforting corners I can sleep in and nuzzle my nose safely away.
I am scared of storms and rough wind – I am a very sensitive boy.
I am EXCELLENT with other doggies and make friends easily, human or animal… I am SO easy to love!
I LOVE being petted and fussed over and my foster Mommies say I am a treasure to have around.
